On-Site Recruiter

This position provides support to operations through consistent and regular hiring and onboarding of team members.

Responsibilities/ Requirements:

  • Supports operations through consistent recruitment, assessment, evaluation, and onboarding of new team members
  • Assists with the administration and support of the day-to-day operations of the HR team
  • Strives to provide a consistent and exemplary customer service experience during interactions with candidates, employees, and vendors
  • Notices onboarding trends and alerts team of possible improvements to the onboarding experience
  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing and onboarding processes
  • Partnership with HR office and on-site employee advocate
  • Ensure compliance with all company, government, labor, and industry regulations; deliver training and interventions as needed to maintain compliance
  • Works closely with payroll on new hire set-up and existing employee information
  • Supports HR Projects and Initiatives


  • 3-5 years’ experience in related field
  • Experience in manufacturing or construction environment a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, assignments in a demanding environment
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy; ability to work independently
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management, staff, outside vendors, contractors and consultants
  • Ability to communicate with employees, contractors, management, vendors, consultants, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear straight-forward, and professional manner
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
