All newly hires goes through workers health and safety training prior to their employment start date to ensure that they understand their right and responsibilities as outlined in the employment standard guidelines.
Each hired candidate is required to take specific test according to the type of work they will be hired for, some of the tests we have available are W.H.I.M.S, health and safety, dangerous good, gmp, forklift, zoom boom and dangerous goods.
Revision: Once hired, all the candidates are provided with an offer letter outlining the job roles and responsibilities, pay wage, start date, working hours and the type of work gear required.
